Audits, inspections and management systems

Choose what you want to do. Everything in this module starts from one of the four cards below.

What do you want to do?

Set up ISO / get certified

Build and approve the documents and records your management system needs, see how well each one meets the clauses, and track readiness for certification.

Internal ISO audit

Audit your system clause by clause against ISO 45001, 14001 or 9001, record evidence, and follow up the nonconformities found.

Field inspections

Daily workplace inspections, ready-made checklists (hot work, height, electrical…), your own checklists and fire-extinguisher checks.

Reports and guide

Trends of audit scores and nonconformities, and a step-by-step guide to this module.

🧭 Where do I start?

The usual path to an effective, certifiable management system:

  1. 1

    Choose your system

IMS if you need quality, environment and safety (ISO 9001 + 14001 + 45001); HSE-MS for safety and environment only (ISO 45001 + 14001).

  2. 2

    Complete the requirements register

Build each mandatory document with the guided builder (real tables), aim for a high compliance score, and have it approved.

  3. 3

    Run internal audits

Use the clause-by-clause checklists of the current editions; every nonconformity becomes a follow-up item.

  4. 4

    Close the loop

Fix nonconformities with corrective actions, hold the management review, and revise documents when they are due.
